A: A sleep consultant creates a personalized plan to help your baby or toddler develop healthy sleep habits. I offer education, gentle strategies, and one-on-one support to help your whole family get the rest you need.

Q: What ages do you work with?
A: I work with newborns (0–3 months), infants (4–18 months), and toddlers up to age 3.

Q: Do you use “cry it out”?
A: Only if you want to. I specialize in gentle, responsive methods and work closely with you to choose an approach that fits your parenting style and comfort level.

Q: What’s included in your packages?
A: All sleep packages include:

  • A detailed sleep intake and assessment

  • A custom sleep plan

  • Daily or weekly 1:1 support (calls, texts, or emails)

  • Real-time guidance and adjustments

Q: Do you offer virtual or in-person consults?
A: Yes! I support families virtually across the U.S. and locally in the Chicago North Shore area.
